Some "funny guys" are throwing grenades and shooting other guardians while they are fishing. This causes a tremor in the control (for those who play on consoles), disturbing the activity that should be a fun experience. This confuses when fishing. It's already a little annoying to stop when an event comes up, and with others without game spirit disturbing the limited time, it gets very boring to do this activity quietly.
