***PS5***
WHEN IN A FIRETEAM THEY CAN HEAR ME, BUT I CANT HEAR THEM. I see my mic light up while talking, but I don’t see others light up nor can I hear them. Sometimes I don’t have an option to press left on D-pad to switch channel.
Troubleshooting steps I’ve taken:
-Reset default settings in-game.
-Verified voice chat setting is “On”
-Team chat voice channel setting on auto/ tried manual
-Reset ps5
-Reset headset / with multiple headsets
-Uninstalled/reinstalled the game
-Reset wifi
-Opened all ports in router found in Bungie’s advance troubleshooting
-Factory reset my router
***UPDATE***
My friend and I switched accounts and he experienced what I’ve been experiencing. I was able to hear him, while he was on my account, but he couldn’t hear me. We even made sure we had the same settings.
It’s been completely isolated to a Bungie Server issue to my account.

2 Replies@Bungie, Please help hiigh__c. I am his "friend" that verified we completely isolated this issue to being a bungie account issue. We logged into each other's consoles and the issue followed the user account. I experienced the issue when I was logged into the account as hiigh__c on my own PS5 in a complete different location, which means it is not his console, not his network and not his router. We have tried all settings, resetting default settings and know we are in voice channel, as we are able to hear hiigh__c, but he cannot hear anyone else. We are just tryimg to get some raids done and have to be able to have voice chat!
