Finishers
My finishers keep randomly killing me after it’s done. It’s cost me so many flawless Salvage runs I’d probably be done with the triumph otherwise.

I've been trying to figure it out... but yeah, there's a finisher kill bug that kills the player. I see it the most, I think, when the enemy is jolted or debuffed... specifically jolted enemies seem cause it to happen a lot.
