Focused Exotic Engram Decoding is Flawed
Focused Decoding of Exotic Engrams at Ra'hool is dumb. Don't get me wrong, I think we should be able to....but we should be able to unlock exotics we don't have.
Buy you can only get ones you've already discovered in the game. If I've already discovered, why do I need to focus decode?
I should be able to focus decode ones I don't have.

Once a new exotic is unlocked then it gets added to the world pool which makes it insanely difficult and time consuming to get another one, rahool focusing remedies that. Unlocking new exotics is already easy and not that time consuming, provided that it doesn’t take you 10+ minutes to clear a lost sector. Lost sectors are on daily rotation based on slot and when an exotic drops, there is a 90% chance it will be a new undiscovered exotic. If you are lucky and you have the appropriate ghost mod equipped while in the sector then you might get a god roll of that exotic so you never have to focus it in the future.
