Going to start leaving Deep Dives
if the blueberries can't stand next to Toland for two seconds. Other people do and it's probably the only way this gets changed. Make it a pain point.
I'm sure the answer from Bungie will be to institute a quitter penalty for seasonal activites that shows me the comp pvp quitter screen omegalul but just maybe we can get an easier activation than having to flag down Tim and Jim to take time away from body shotting thrall to stand in a place for two seconds.
And yes, I could LFG for a 10 mintue activity every time, or they could make it not incredibly unintuitive to start with.
Edit: Things i've done that been ignored by those who know what glue tastes like: Emoting, shooting them, crouch spamming, *literally saying "come to me for more rewards" in the local chat. That thing about leading a horse to water....yeah.

4 RepliesHave you heard of LFG? Just make your own group lol, it takes 3 seconds. I made one and did 5 straight T5 Deep Dives with total randoms. It's not hard and you have only yourself to blame for expecting randoms to do what you want.

Start your own group and do it yourself. Tired of random players telling us how to play the game. Many of us want to get deep dives done and out. It is barely week 2. You think many of us follow streamers videos telling us exactly how to run a matcmade activity?

You literally have to blow yourself up so they will come over to resurrect you, it's the only way.

Usually I just stand on it and rocket myself until they both come over, if that fails then I leave.

I just Solo the thing once for the triumph. It's not even a high difficulty activity and has infinite respawning. I know you can do this guardian lol

2 RepliesTypical destiny player. You be that guy that's afk when the activity starts, then run off and stand there and die, then leave so we end up 2 manning the activity. It might be nice to post what you are looking for or maybe provide a link explaining it.

The extra rewards literally aren’t worth trying over and over to get in a random team that figures it out. You’ll spend all day in orbit.

You can a) use lfg, b) join a clan and make a team through that, or c) play with friends. Literally a non-issue.

2 RepliesWeek 2 with an activity that's confusing in itself, isn't where you should expect casual players to assume that you aren't just trolling them, or that they even care about some additional thing in an activity they just want to get over with. Keep in mind that you are also a blueberry to everyone else in the activity. Using the term as if a blueberry is expected to be clueless.... Well, that would include yourself Just the fact that after years, you can do the strike in DC, expect a random to throw the ball to you, or to catch it when you throw (as you'd think everybody know the ball increase damage when passed), but there's no sign of intelligent life... Kinda tells you that not everybody feel obligated to watch some dude on youtube before playing casual activities

Also while on this topic of Blueberries incapable of understanding and running simple mechanics. The corrupted NF.. throw the relic balls to your playing partners.. And the real question is.. how many times does it take for these players to get whats going on, or do they simply remain ignorance and never figure it out.

Deep dives are still very new and people don’t know. This rant reminds me of day 2 of the new raid being released. All you say was fireteam recruitment adds saying “KWTD OR BE KICKED!” Lol. I’ve done it every time on a deep dive and the only thing you’re missing out on is a bloody world drop. No red borders, no exotics, ascendant shards, so chill daddy.

1 ReplyA LOT of people were not even aware of this. I just recently found out because I watch fallout on youtube. I no lie had any idea this was even a thing. You cant get mad at people for not knowing, bungie should just intrinsically make it a thing and not expect people to solve it on their own, Or at the very least allow just one person to trigger the tier. That way the blueberries can keep doing what they do and the knowledgeable one can trigger the stuff without their help.
