What’s going on with the rest of the black fleet?
Like what happened to the rest of the pyramids around earth? Did they all go to Neomuna? If they did why haven’t they destroyed the Veil by now? The link was made and the Witness wanted the Veil destroyed after the link was created so why haven’t they destroyed Neptune or put it in an anomaly?
The only rational explanation I can think of is that now that there are no more active Official Disciples within Sol or The Witness (Due to possibly being outside of Space and Time now) the pyramid ships are pretty much dormant and need someone to command them in order to do anything as the Witness previously commanded all the pyramid ships in the universe, and we see the pyramid ships only acting when the Witness commands them with a gesture in the opening cutscene to Lightfall, as well as the one on the pyramid activating the nightmares due to Nezarec.

Ever wonder why the witness has all the faces in the "cloud" floating above him? Why all the pyramids are mostly empty? I think they are connected.

I’d say it’s because he isn’t worried about us anymore and now that he’s on the other side, we aren’t much of a threat. Ideally yeah, he would of been smart and had the fleet wipe us out so we can’t find a way to get in and stop him but…. This is Bungie we are talking about.
