Eternal Warrior Damage Buff Only Applies with Fist of Havoc Equipped
On non-arc subclasses or when using thundercrash the buff from eternal warrior does not function. This is contrary to the description of the exotic and the effect of similar exotics like path of burning steps.

im pretty sure its intended to be that way but isnt made clear in the description that fist of havoc is required

And I thought, but I also have to check this, that for path of burning steps to work you have to have the solar subclass equipped. But I share your opinion that both descriptions for eternal warrior and path of burning steps do not really make it clear that you need to be on a specific subclass. I would suggest starting the description with "when on (solar/arc) subclass, (solar/arc) final blows periodically grant you an escalating bonus to weapon damage." But somewhere I would rather that they not to be honest, as I would like to stack 3 damage buffs (a weapon perk like rampage for example, the exotic and radiant). As solar is the only subclass with a build in damage boost, in the form of radiant. I would like to see that I could use eternal warrior with a solar subclass so that I could stack the arc weapons boost with radiant, for example.
