Bungie is experimenting with reticles that show various accuracy and optimal range indicators on guns and currently only Shayura's Wrath has this and it's absolutely awful. It's far too big, and looks like a noob sight for people who can't see.
It's so bad it's almost like a large Holographic Reticle from COD... and everyone uses Red Dot sights for a reason.
Revert this change back to the original sight. No one wanted this.

Edited by a potato: 7/18/2023 7:09:29 PMNecroposting as there's been an update. I actually liked the translucent crosshair. In heavy action the red dot got "lost" very easily. Now they've made that crosshair nigh invisible. They need to either make the color more prominent or bring the nice fat one back. Another, better option would be to offer a selection in the perk column for which type of ADS you'd like.. heavy responsive, light responsive, or classic.

It used to be such a clean sight, now it's all cluttered because of how big the crosshair is now and the dynamic reticle is very distracting
-
These reticles should just be optional ... Problem solved ...

Yes, absolutely abysmal compared to the previous one - shayura’s is one of my favorite guns but I can’t deal with this awful reticle change.
-
Yeah. It’s 100 percent terrible. PLEASE do not put this -blam!- in the game on every gun. Just leave the reticles alone. Good lord. All the issues in the game yet they insist on intentionally creating new ones.
-
1 ReplyAgreed, switch it back to how it was already. Yet another proof they don't do the basics like play testing what they implement.
-
Speak for yourself.. mil is infinitely better than a tiny pin point dot you can barely see.
-
Maybe it is too chunky for some but I like the idea of responsive reticles.

19 RepliesThe community is tired of smgs being broken and to fast ttk..... Bungie is like here is a new reticle we think you will love.
-
I agree.

I agree. It used to be one of my favorites too :(

Edited by deadly-cause: 5/31/2023 10:14:21 PMIdk bro, I quite like it. It feels a lot better then it was previously. Anything you would like to see changed? And how would it be good?

2 RepliesPersonally I love it, needs some fine tuning to make it less distracting but I hope they go forward with this new reticle system which gives you more feedback on the guns performance.
