Why are the new exotics not dropping in the legendary lost sectors?
Every exotic drop in today's legendary lost sector is just another duplicate of the ones I have. But the new hunter arms exotic will not drop. If you have all the exotics, the game prioritizes the exotic you don't have. This is how it worked for many many seasons. Did something change? Nothing makes you hate this game more than grinding for hours, under leveled, for nothing and just more nonsense.

New exotics aren't guaranteed, just heavily weighted to drop over something you don't already own. You also need to have the license from the yearly expansion when they were added on the platform where you are playing for those exotics to drop.
