[BUG] Kinetic Tremors does not receive a damage buff from Kill Clip
Kinetic Tremors is not receiving a damage buff from Kill Clip when that perk is active (tested on crafted Chattering Bone Pulse Rifle). Kinetic Tremors [i]does[/i] gain increased damage from an Empowerment damage buff (i.e. Radiant) and/or Kinetic Weapon Surge armor mods.
