It's bugged in different and inconsistent ways, but basically the second wave often fails to deal damage to PVP targets (untested in PVE). The first wave still does damage and applies scorch. REPRO STEPS: 1: With Khepri's Horn equipped, place your barrier aimed at an enemy player within range. ACTUAL RESULT: First outgoing wave (usually) does damage as intended and scorches the target, second returning wave returns visually but does not deal damage or apply scorch to the target. EXPECTED RESULT: First outgoing wave deals damage and applies scorch, second returning wave deals damage and kills the target without applying scorch. Enemy Warlock rifts will get scorch applied from both waves and trigger an ignition. Enemy and friendly stasis crystals also have scorch applied to them but don't seem to ignite. This does not include crystals created by the Khepri's Horn user. It can also apply scorch to and ignite friendly and enemy Titan barriers, this does include barriers created by the Khepri's Horn user. Applying scorch to objects like this, whether friendly or enemy, will also trigger the solar fragment "Ember of Singeing" and rapidly restore your class ability energy. It's all in the video. Really hope you can fix this! Edit: The testing done in the video was done in Mayhem but these bugs happen in all PVP modes as far as I can tell.
