IMHO Trials needs to be "The Best of the Best" with Substantial Rewards tied to it...not just a Shader.
Also IMHO, If its your First Game, i do agree that you shouldn't Face someone who has gone Multiple Times in said week.
Ive given advice, work arounds, and ways Bungie could fix this....they either refused to listen to my FB, or it all went into Marathon.

They tried this in the very beginning then all the sweaty players started crying they were only playing each other because no casual was playing. This will happen again once all the casuals figure out they will never go flawless or they have gone flawless 1 or 2 times and see it ain't worth the struggle. Trials players don't understand that they need the casuals to keep the game mode alive.
