Hay-0! I get error 753 when trying to create a clan. The account isn't 30 days old, but i have 2 characters that have made it to the tower and beyond. Do i need to do specific quests there? I have not finished On the Offense, Quid Pro Quo, or Light reforged. BUT, the info page you have provided simply says "or tied to a Guardian -blam!- the Tower." Waiting 30 days seems very wasteful of our time, so Im hoping i simply need to complete some unspoken questline or something? I know, i know, i sound a little whiney, but, damn it, the game is fun and i'd like to get this set up for everyone as soon as i can lol. Thank you!
