You have the quest version of the weapon. This was needed to progress the quest line that resulted in the full version. Since that quest line was retired, the full version is now only obtainable in the Monument to Lost Light kiosk. If you wish to obtain the full version, you can purchase it there. The quest version can be deleted or kept at your choice, just be aware it is limited and there is no way to remove those limits.

yeah the problem with that is I would need 240 spoils of conquest which you can only get from raids - since I'm old and decrepit and getting deafer by the day I don't even attempt to do raids anymore as I can't hear very well when subjected to multiple sound sources so that's a none starter - happy to do solo legend dungeons if you could persuade Bungie to give some as rewards :)
