This new helm table upgrade system is so much better
Sure some are timegated ...
(the deepsight ones)
But you can do most table upgrades in your own time now without being locked to 2 per week.
This was a very good change from the 2 per week system.

It definitely is a better system but would love to see a different system over upgrades. Either eau if bungie keeps to these upgraded I wouldn't be mad.

4 RepliesAgreed. I just wish there were tooltips saying what the upgrades do before you get them, a minor criticism. Thinking of a future where the challenges aren't so redundant, and where a player might want to prioritize certain tasks/challenges for the way they play, to get the boons and upgrades that benefit them the most... 1st.

2 RepliesHow do you review the upgrades? I found the screen once, but not sense... Or it may have been a dream... My ptsd meds sometimes make it hard to tell what is a real memory vs something I dreamed.. It isn't quite the same as not being able to tell reality from delusion or whatever, I don't think the earth is flat or anything... It's just... like I said. It is hard to tell if something really happened or just is an event from a dream.. the lines get blurry.

You also get XP from it via its seasonal challenge unlocks. Definitely a lot better then just the usual do x complete y etc and being locked to just 2 or so a week taking like 4-6 weeks to fully benefit from the upgrades. This one looks like most are straight away and I think 1 is like 3 week? The other being unlocked 2nd week. Hopefully future seasons will be similar to this and that the old way is finally dead.
