What have you guys at bungie done to spare rations? 36 base range ? Come on. Very lackluster perk pool, no explosive payload, range finder, eye of the storm. At the very least it needs +10 to range. Once again you have taken fan favourites and ruined them just like you did with waking vigil. Make it craftable next season am buff the stats to bring it in line with the current meta, even -blam!- god roll of spare rations will struggle, basically same stats it had 15 seasons ago...
