Bought Anual Pass on Epic, still require Dungeon key to play on PS4

Hello, I bought Lightfall Anual Pass on Epic Games and it seems that when I disabled cross save for the account, I can't play the new dungeon on my ps4. Even though the expansions don't transfer between platforms, the seasons do, right? I don't want to buy the key knowing that I bought the annual pass already with access to seasonal contents. Btw, I disabled cross save because I wanted to try something out, but I now have to wait 69 days to reactivate it (august 5). It has been pain since the performance of the game doesn't run well on ps4. But even so, that can't be the cause of me not being able to play the dungeon, just lightfall content only right, since it's the only expansion I haven't bought on ps4. Please help me in any way possible.

  • Hello there[url=https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/902560216871239752/989591085506515074/Hellothere.gif],[/url] Season passes and dungeon keys are bound to the active save file at the time of purchase. If you had cross save active, they were bound to whichever savefile/character set you were using at that time.
