Brought Lightfall annual pass but didn't get the dungeon nor the season pass
Is there any way from me to claim them without needing to buy them separately?

I have the same issue. Bought Lightfall 100€ edition as pre-order on Xbox and I am playing on PC now. Season Annual Pass works just fine. But I can't access the dungeon, despite the dungeon keys being account-wide. I did create a request via the form. I hope this issue can be resolved.

Did you buy the Annual Pass Edition using the same account you are playing on or do you have a separate purchasing account?
