Bought the preorder for the Lightfall Deluxe Pack on my Xbox One. Upgraded to a Series S around Christmas and it now says I do not own the dungeons or seasons.

After upgrading, it no longer shows that I have the Deluxe Edition in game even though I have it downloaded. I'm not sure if this is a problem because I switched consoles, though I don't see why it would be? The actual payment for Lightfall came out after I had already upgraded to my Series S. I have no way of accessing the old XBox One, any advice is appreciated!
