Immediately I am marking as a trash perk. Maybe because I don’t understand what it is supposed to do? Like I know it says it is supposed to grant a period of a stacking damage buff after picking up any kind of subclass Pick-up. Which is cool until you realize that elemental pickups take 10 seconds to be able to make one after another one (for some of them). I don’t understand what park of the perk is supposed to be stacking. Because it doesn’t seem to be the time, actually the time doesn’t even reset if you pick multiple ones up. It falls under the same problem kill clip was having before you changed that. Meaning you have to wait for it to dissipated actually picking up multiple seems to turn it off some how??? I don’t think the damage is stacking either, because I was trying to read it in the bottom left corner to see if it went to “collective action x2”. But it either disappeared completely or didn’t do anything. If the damage does stack damage. Trying to slowly and methodically kill individual combatants while having to wait for the cooldown. Just to hope you can collect all the things that are probably very spread out as you had to not kill them until the cooldown went away. Just to maybe get a few shots off maybe 1 or 2 before the buff goes away, because the timer doesn’t reset on each pickup. Again I think it’s is bugged and actually sometimes just cancels itself. But also I think it could do with a minor improvement to function as well and reload the weapon on elemental thingy pick-up. Because if you forget to reload before picking up you know damn well you are probably just gonna lose that damage. At this point, I can only see this perk being a crap version of pre-buff kill clip, with too many extra steps. Kill clip is; kill enemy, reload gun, more damage, simple and easy. This one is; Kill enemy but when is effected with buff or debuff, reload, pick-up elemental thing, more damage. why? Maybe I just don’t understand how it is supposed to work, but also I don’t really think it is worth it. Why make this perk? It is literally diet kill clip. But also, please explain the perk or if it is broken. Because let me tell you. When I was testing this perk out, all I left with was questions like, huh?! Why?! Wait where did my buff go?!?!? No stackys?!?!? Bungie no esplaining?!?!? Help???!?
