Cannot purchase bounties on mobile

I haven't been able to purchase bounties through the mobile app on my phone or tablet for the past 2 weeks. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled/reinstalled it and nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated. Addendum: I've just realized the same issue is happening with adding/removing mods for weapons and armor too through the app. Anyone else? Update: Locking the thread. App updated and working for me again.

    • Same here, bounties just spin when I accept. It doesn't even give men a "failed" notification if I turn off notifications. I've turned off/on notifications, logged out/in, cleared cache, and uninstalled/reinstalled which hasn't fixed anything. Item transfer between characters/vault works fine. All was working fine until last update.

      • I had this issue yesterday. It got fixed by installing the previous version of the companion app. Uninstall the one you have and search for 'Destiny Companion app old versions' on Google. You'll be able to get the apk file for version just before this current one. Install the apk via a file manager by doing 'Allow from unknown sources' and sign in. After launching the app, look for a prompt that asks you to update the app. DO NOT update it. It should work as intended then.

        • I'm having the same issue. It's a pain having to go back and forward to vendors just to pick them up manually. Makes me not wanna play. This problem started for me when this update dropped (Season 21).

        • Yeah, I can't get bounties, either. It'll circle for a bit, then say, "Failed to initiate request." This is on the Android app, running v12 of the OS.

        • Same here, since I updated the app to its latest version it stopped working. Obviously i clear cache, uninstall/ install app and nothing happens. Mi device is Android.

        • Here for answers also me and a friend have this issue also I've tried clearing cache deleted app and downloaded again etc and was no help Have t been able to get any since late 21st of may (AEST)
