The power cap didn’t get increased so not really as much of a need for pinnacles to be available. If you weren’t pinnacle last season it’s not going to effect you to not be pinnacle this season. Anyone that did anything where level mattered is already pinnacle.

Guardian Rank 8 requires only hitting the Soft cap and earning 2 Pinnacles. Since the Nightfall Pinnacle was changed to a cumulative score instead of a single session, it can be completed as long as you're persistent even if you aren't very good. Actual solo players won't even see the requirement to hit 1810 Power for GR10 since they won't get past the raid requirements at GR9. GR10 also still has a requirement for 90 exotic weapons, so if someone starts playing today they probably won't be able to reach Paragon this season anyway because of the time it takes to get enough Exotic Ciphers to buy weapons to fill out their Collections and the Pinnacle cap isn't being raised for the rest of this year. There are complaints about the Guardian Ranks system, but this specific issue about Pinnacle Challenges seems misplaced.

Yeah, it’s pretty crap that they’ve removed three pinnacles. I think that the pinnacle cap is frozen this season so people get used to the change they’ve made. Then they’ll increase it next season.

Actually only the 1st 2 missions require legend or master for 100k the last 4 can be done hero. Nightfall pinnacle is 3 runs on hero. Exotic mission is an easy pinnacle. Yes there was a mention of less pinnacles. In the past the playlist activities didn't award pinnacles because they are not pinnacle activities. It's really only raid and dungeons that solo players may need to use LFG.

yeah that's an issue need to get pinnacles done for rank 8, very few pinnacles out there now
