Hi,
I've been trying to verify my account email for the last 6-7 months, opened tickets on that email, gotten a response that they forward the issue and then closed the ticket. This has happened multiple times.
I can't see that the emails are being blocked, quarantined, or bounced. They aren't even arriving.
As said, emails are getting through on your ticketing system, but not from the verification page.
Could someone please help me with this issue? I'm getting tired of trying.

1 ReplyI've now spammed your server with confirmation requests through the bungie store since I tried to confirm it through there. All I'm getting is: We couldn't register your account due to an internal error. Please try again. If this error persists, please contact support. So can someone please tell me why my email is not working on your systems? There should be some logs and if you look, I've tried updating this email since October 2022. I seem to be getting ignored through support since they just close the tickets, so I've posted to @BungieHelp on Twitter and here to see if someone from Bungie can respond.
