It would make the whole gameplay loop with it much better and help the secondary effect of tangles spawning on threading kill more useful.

1 ReplyBut then they’d have to do the unthinkable and shorten the timer for all elemental collectibles. They’d never bless us with infinite fire sprites and traces.

It should be completely replaced. It’s a fragment disguised as an aspect. I have zero faith in the sandbox team to make anything even remotely cool or competitive for warlock anymore lol. Even the buffs didn’t bring most of the supers in line with other classes. Craziness
-
Why not just make it so Threadlings suspend whatever they blow up on. That actually sounds broken nevermind
-
3 RepliesOr, hear me out: Tangles you create spawn threadlings at the tangle’s location every 3 seconds. Allies can’t pick up or destroy your tangles. This would make warlocks have a “turret” on every subclass.
-
OR make it create 3 tangles on your location upon rift casting. abeyant leap but warlock, maybe? still hoping for a suspend aspect next season, suspend turret? maybe?
-
Either that or have an extra fragment slot. There are a couple of fragments across all classes that could use some love.

I've been thinking the same thing I think it'd make it better reduce it to 8 secs I think would be a good time it'll make it feel better and like it does more
-
Would rather have a fragment with a stat boost
-
3 RepliesHonestly, if you ask me they need to seriously look back at all of Strands cooldown and ability delay times. Everything from Tangle cooldown delays to how you have a delay that prevents you from chaining Grapple uses in succession without a grapple point.
-
17 seconds for a tangle is a bit too much, considering firesprite and void breeches have 5-6 seconds, it should be 10 seconds at its best.
-
I agree if it only lowered it by a couple of seconds.
-
I’d like to see a better animation for it, when they described it I was picturing that when thrown it would morph into a bird or dragon fly and patrol the air for a short period looking for a target then dive attach explode. But the aspect doesn’t even seem to have improved tracking like they implied at first.

And/Or after a tangle you create sits there for like 8 seconds it should just WANDER and latch onto a target and then do an explosion with suspension.
