problem claiming rewards from the past season's season pass.
I currently have a Playstation account and an XBox account. I do not use my XBox at all and have not used my XBox account for almost 6 years now. I currently only use PS for Destiny now but i do have both PS and Xbox accounts linked. I've signed into Bungie.net with my PS account to claim rewards from the season pass from last season. The problem is that when I go to claim a reward, it only gives me the option to select the Xbox platform from the drop box and does not show my Playstation account in the drop box. Since my accounts are supposed to be linked, i did tried a quick experiment: I claimed a legendary engram to be sent to my Hunter. After doing so, i checked my postmaster and engram inventory. The engram was not retrieved. Can someone please tell me how I can resolve this issue. Much thanks in advance.

After doing so, i checked my postmaster and engram inventory[/quote] It can auto decrypt the engram - so you would be looking for the engram [i]or[/i] a legendary piece of gear that wasn't previously there.

Hey there. You're using an XBox account as primary, cross-saved to PS. All characters you play on, all progress, inventory, season passes, etc, belong to your XBox account. You will see your XBox account here whether you sign in with your XBox credentials or your PSN ones. Your PS game account itself is dormant and inaccessible, and probably empty, it does not own the season passes even if purchased on PS, they were applied to your XBox character profile. So it sounds like things are displaying correctly for you, you should see, and only see, your XBox account. So that could mean just the engrams are bugged. I did hear about issues when claiming exotic engrams, etc, from a previous season's pass. Are there any other items unclaimed that you could test?
