Factor in material time, getting the engram, etc. What you said isn't true because it requires mats. However, also you were lucky there. All of my engrams were low stat rolls yesterday, similar to how the armor is dropping from focusing seasonal engrams. Its nice to be able to get them at all outside of lost sectors which was a terrible system, but this isn't really respecting time invested.
