Parting the veil? Strand Aspect bugged?
I thought it was said all we had to do is complete the exotic machine gun quest. But when I try to get the new strand aspect it says complete parting the veil must be completed. Is this a bug or is the aspect time gated?

No. They said you need to do the new quest. Which requires completion of the MG quest.

After you’ve completed the Unfinished Business quest you have to speak to Nimbus to obtain a new quest that has you running around patrols zones in Neomuna until you are then sent into a separate Mission. Upon completing this new Mission just follow the steps to unlock the new Aspect. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
