Spatial Audio Issues Xbox Series X
I'm playing on an Xbox Series X and after the fix for distorted spatial audio went live today Destiny 2 no outputs spatial audio when my console is set to Atmos sound. All other games and apps work normally. Surround still works on Dolby Digital.

1 ReplyBump. Same issue, XSX, 9.2.4 system, D2 is only outputting stereo when when set to Atmos. The Atmos upmix sounded fantastic. Hopefully Bungie at least acknowledges this issue soon.

Exactly the Same Problem but on pc. Surround speakers stay silent in atmos Bit works in 7.1 or 5.1. Other Games and the Dolby atmos App works normal. The problem exist only in destiny

Yeah I'm getting the same issue. Xbox Series X. I have the audio set on the Xbox to Dolby Atmos for Home theatre but I only get sound through the main front channel speakers and the centre. Nothing from the surrounds or ceiling speakers. When I check the audio setting in the Xbox and run a demo all speakers work, it appears to be Destiny 2 only. Also when I change the Xbox audio setting to 7.1 uncompressed, I then get sound from all speakers in Destiny 2, just seems to be the Dolby Atmos setting that is no working correctly.
