Increased Traffic - stuck at login screen
I'm stuck at login screen after updating Season of the Deep. Restarted my PS5 several times too. Anyone having the same issue?
It says stay at login screen due to services to stabilize. All my friends are on except me lol...

Happening currently, cannot play. Watching streamers having same issue. Why is @bungiehelp just talking about marathon and not mentioning the game having derailed...?

4 RepliesHere's my tip. Spare yourself the usual launch day shenanigans from Bungie and simply unplug your TV and console and sit staring at a blank screen from reset time for at least two hours. Every twenty minutes get up, walk around the room muttering "Every time, every single time" before sitting down to moan about how they cannot manage to get anything on time. Basically, its the same as every launch or major update but this way you save some money on your energy bills. Also, save yourself getting agitated over Bungie's inability to launch anything on time by simply playing other games developed by people who know what they are doing.

I'm not even looking at this season until Thursday given how well the service performs when a new season releases. Still not holding my breath for a problem free gaming experience.

I am able to get in after clearing Steam's download cache per Bungie's suggestion on Twitter.

1 Replyi got in and was immediately hit with 300 contacting destiny 2 servers and 8 different error codes AND a battleye disconnection that was after waiting 2 and a half hours for the update to finally hit after noon

Here's the problem... If everyone who complains about how bad the game is, and they are gonna quit, blah, blah, *ad nauseum", would actually not play and really quit, that would make room for the folks that actually enjoy and want to play the game. But you know how that goes...

Exact same issue with me. I was even able to get the update downloaded and installed on my ps5 shortly after reset. Now, "one moment please..." is all I get

Same here. After update and maintenance now I'm stuck at login screen. Waiting to stabilize. Bungie get y'all's crap together. We know y'all got the money to upgrade servers and make the game less buggy. Been sitting here over an hour trying to get in.

this another EPIC fail. increased traffic login services today D2 are currently being throttled please stay on the screen until login services stabilized and you are logged into destiny 2. this is why people get tired of playing this game.. buggy as hell.
