I paid for complete package for lightfall when it was preorder then my Xbox broke just got another and wanting to play lightfall but says I didn’t pay for it. When I go to the eververse store on the app it shows that it is purchased but I don’t have access to it. Can I get someone from Bungie to help

22 RepliesCheck your transaction history on the Microsoft website (or on your Xbox) and make sure it's marked as completed and not failed/refunded etc Money for it was only taken immediately if you paid in full using account balance, if you used credit/debit card payment was taken 10 days before. If the transaction failed but you have the add-ons installed it'll still show as owned despite not actually being owned

9 Repliesbungie can't help. the access to content is controlled by the platform. have you tried restoring licenses on your xbox? if that doesn't help you'll have to work with microsoft.
