Third party hardware plug ins
When are we getting a report option for people who use these devices? Are the bans (hopefully permanent) going to be retroactive? This is a major issue that bungie has done little more than mention they’re aware of them.

If Bungie cant even ban cheaters fast enough do you really think they go after ppl you report and hardware they cant detect? Game is a complete mess since lightfall on every front.

8 RepliesFortnite will have you ban within 5 mins if you use that cronus zen cheating BS cod is gearing up to ban it (suddenly streamers are leaving that game quickly hmm I wonder why) Destiny, and apex doesn’t care if you use it (good for business I guess) My question to bungie is simple, if I use cronus am I cheating? If yes, ban the hardware, if no, tell us it’s fair. Bungie you guys take pride in being woke but allow cheaters in your game cuz it’s good for business ITS ALL ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR YOU SCAMMERS

Burn them into your head until BUNGIE acts on them. #1 There should never be flawless players playing none flawless in trials. (remember everyone was none flawless at one point.) #2 You will play cheaters in trials . (Bungie will do nothing about it get used to it or stop playing) #3 Accept the fact the MM will never work as long as flawless play against none flawless.

2 RepliesPlayed a guy yesterday who could jump in the air and do an instant 180 with almost instant loco on to the head. His movement was so fast and precise I’ve never seen it before with a controller. Hardly ever missed a headshot and finished with 40+ kills and 6.5 kd.. Played a lot of pvp to know something was up.

With how bad things have become, I can only imagine how many reports they get every single day. Think about that for a moment when asking for another report option. You are playing Destiny a "f2p game" 😂🤦♂️

I was playing with a friend in comp today and great old destiny servers boots me during a match. Now that causes lag on the map and cause my friends to lag as well. Well, the genius on the other team messaged my titan friend and said he was gonna report him for blinking as a titan. The audacity for some people to even attempt to use the brain they developed is hard to grasp sometimes.

Aimbots, one shotting from anywhere, sniping with a SMG from across the map, endless ammo, endless health, endless supers, low armour stats or Guardian rank but top of the list, no masterworked weapons or armour, (solo) no clan affiliation or, all from one clan and doing the same, one character only active on their account, or a low ranked player in a Fireteam with a high ranked player (paid carry).. these are usually giveaways that I look for. Screenshot the game results and their Guardian profile and send them with your complaint, lodge it here:. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497451-Report-Suspected-Cheating If we want things cleaned up, we'll have to do it ourselves. The more of us that do it, the better. And no, I don't mind losing to a better player, but not a cheat.

5 RepliesThis is an unfortunate area where nothing will happen for a while because the game is running on somewhat of a spaghetti code / skeleton crew. PvP is not the primary focus, so the resources might not be there. If this type of banning would occur, and lets say its report driven, then there is a complete different area. most bad players will report better players because they got outplayed, teabagged, etc etc etc. So the amount of false vs accurate information to digest would be overwhelming. Battleye isn't even working as intended at the moment, so to expect bungie to clamp down on some sad sap using a plug in, playing the game 20 hours a day because outside triggers its anxiety and oxygen allergies then you are going to wait at least 5 Rick Kackis videos long.

I’m a mid PVP player so I’m not gonna rage but I’ve face dude doing slide shot snipe shots through walls this weekend. I was floored! LoL I mean whatever it’s just a game but sometimes I wonder after a match.

6 RepliesConsidering the ones that DO do this. It renders the stability stat useless. So honestly. If Bungie doesn't go through with it. They should at least look at and rework the stat again. The caliber and type of weapon being an important aspect of the rework.

Personally what I'm thinking for such users - Well anyone remember the ending of Halloween 3. One of the worst movies ever at least franchise related - but now that I think about it for hardware cheaters!!!
