Aight Bungie, I have 25 looted clears of RoN. Just let me buy Conditional finality from the final chest already.
I already have everything else from this raid. Full armor sets for all 3 characters, crafting patterns of the 3 weapons I wanted, the works. That is, except for Conditional Finality. It's the only thing I'm missing and I can't even farm for it. I'm stuck doing 3 clears per week all season for nothing. The increased drop chance triumphs aren't a replacement for bad luck, I should just be able to buy it from the spoils chest for the same price as raid exotics in the kiosk once I have enough total looted clears. It's way better to just farm up the spoils than waiting months to get 3 chances a week for a drop that could take months.

Raid exotics should be guaranteed from completion of all 4 master challenges.

Doing the challenges makes the drop rate go up exponentially l, brings it up to about a 20% chance from a 5% at base

Why add a way to buy it? Just do the triumphs

Not having a conditional guaranteed drop is why I never raid, but also why I won't be buying dungeons from now on as well. I never get any exotics that are rng based and I just don't have time to grind them for who knows how long. Exotics should be received via quest or triumph, plus rng for those that don't want to do the quest or get the triumph.

Do those before clearing the raid a bunch more.
