Decided to play the Lightfall Quest line for my remaining two characters. Completed all eight main quests. After Desperate Measures, there is no induction ceremony for Rohann. I can get into the Hall of Hero's but Quinn has nothing for me and neither has Nimbus. I have started my strand meditations and purchased fragments etc. The only thing I did differently this time around was skip the cut-scenes (B) in the quests. Did skipping not give me credit for Rohanns funeral? I don't know. There is nothing on the map for these additional quests.
