The main issue with gambit is! How to make it more fun?
Those blueberries that NEED to pick 15 motes when we only need 4 to summon boss.
How to make it more fun?
15 motes spawn a random champion.
10 motes spawn a knight.
5 motes spawn a phalanx.
Invadeing?
As soon as the team reach the invade line one random teammate get teleported to the other side.
Rewards:
Give better rewards like ascendant alloys. its so much harder for solo players to get it after levithan disappeared.
Or lets us be able to trade prisms and/or cores for alloys.

Your ideas are awful, honestly. Gambit is fine nowadays, it definitely has less issues than pvp. Gambit only lacks some new maps and interesting rewards
