Stuck at 1809 and Pinnacle Drops not dropping on a needed Item.
Hi guys,
just as the title says, I'm 1809 right now and am currently trying to get to 1810 as part of the seasonal challenge! I have currently 1810 on all my weapons and most of my gear EXCEPT for my Titan Mark which is still sitting at 1809. I've done all pinnacle challenges for Vanguard, Gambit, and Crucible for this week and none have dropped for my mark. Is this really just bad RNG on D2's part and if so, what's a sure fire way to get to 1810 before the season ends?

I tried 2 week with my warlock, missing only chest, never got it. So now with the new season got even hard to get, has less pinnacles. Very frustrating.

1 ReplyThe real issue is the lack of pinnacles now. So far I have plenty exotic power level at 1809. Hunter needs a chest. Warlock and Titan need 2 or 3. But every drop past 3 weeks has been for what is already 1810!

I know how it feels to deal with this season after season. My friends always seem to reach the pinnacle cap with a few weeks no problem while I'm always stuck with just one piece remaining until the end of the season. Rng can be brutal. That's why I'm so glad the cap isn't being raised next season. I hope this means Bungie has plans to revamp the power system at some point, but who knows. As for your problem, if you have truly exhausted all the pinnacle sources for this week then I think you're stuck. Sorry about that, but like I said. Rng can be brutal.

4 RepliesOh yeah, I totally get your frustration. I am now in my 4th WEEK of trying to get some boots to drop for my Warlock. I've done pretty much every pinnacle activity except raids. Dares of Eternity, Master Weekly Missions, Gambit, Crucible, Nightfalls, and on and on. I have multiple pinnacle armor pieces and weapons in every slot now except the freakin boots. You know, I'd occasionally see posts from people complaining about the randomness of pinnacle drops but until you've experienced the all-encompassing frustration of seeing your most recent pinnacle reward fall into a slot you don't need for the 30th or 40th time then you have no idea what it feels like. But as for having a surefire way for one to drop, I just don't know. I wish someone did. I wish you luck in your quest.

I feel this way back in D1 took almost 3 months to get last hunter item to drop for 440.

4 RepliesJust wait till next season the max items you will get is 1810. Dont stress yourself out with that joke of a grind not worth it. You dont need it for anything just to improve bungies numbers and make you play over and over again. You will be error coded anyway just before you get your armour as Bungie hates us hahahahaha but yet we still buy the game.

I've been grinding for boots at 1810. when I do get a pinnacle drop for that slot, it's 1809. been that was a few weeks. decided banging own bhole with hammer more enjoyable. logged

4 RepliesNo need to worry. There's no power level increase next season so you can hit pinnacle cap at that point. Hopefully you get something to drop this week.

I’d definitely knock out the other pinnacles if you can, the more you do the better the odds.

Master RoN drops guaranteed pinnacle armour if its your first clear on that character that week.

Because 1810 is the max amount of power you can have as of right now with the exception of the seasonal artifact. Unless they change it. I know you want the triumph. But if you can live without, then you’re good for next season.

3 RepliesI felt this. I’ve been needing one piece of armor for the past month. I do every pinnacle possible except raids & still has yet to drop. Good thing power level doesn’t even really matter anymore
