I don't know if anyone else is facing this problem, but my void titan doesn't seem to be interacting with armor mods/ charges correctly?
The biggest problem is that picking up Orbs of Power doesn't seem to give my void titan armor charges, but here's what I've seen so far.
1. Picking up orbs of power does not provide armor charges. (But it does proc devour, volatile rounds)
2. Picking up void breaches works fine.
3. Sometimes loading into planets and switching around mods can get my void titan to get armor
charges, for a period of time, but:
- Though at one time it seemed like the issue was void siphon/ harmonic siphon causing the
bug, it wasn't consistent. (At one point taking it on or off did result in consistent results but
could not be replicated in other test trials. Same for simply removing the amount of mods I
had equipped.)
- Weapon surge mods were not procing. (Or at least the effects were not displayed).
4. This is only the case for the void subclass titan.
I'm wondering if this bug is something that is specific to me or if anyone else ran into it / knows what's causing the issue. Luckily the seasonal artifacts makes up for some of the power deficit this causes but I'm hoping it's not an ongoing issue.

Using the artifact mod causes the most issues. I've testing with and without the mods and also with different exotics. It's Random on what works and doesn't. Overall if Bungie actually tested their game it's very easy to find and see what's broken as it's broken in so many configurations.

2 RepliesEdited by mowren: 5/16/2023 3:01:16 PMCurrently there is a bug around Armor Charges, that appears to be connected to the amount of effects/events that have to be calculated upon an enemy kill. It looks like Armor Charges aren't counted if you are over this limit. All your mods, seasonal artifact mods, weapon perks, subclass aspects and fragments as well as activity modifiers (like ARACH-NO) have the possibility to count into this limit, as long as they add an effect that has the option to happen on an enemy kill (e.g. orb generation, volatile rounds, grant grenade energy, etc). This means, it's very easy to run into this bug on a Void Titan and weapons that profit from Volatile Flow. You can test how much you are over the limit with your build, by unequiping armor mods one by one. Leave a mod slot empty and generate an orb. If you still don't get Armor Charges, remove another mod and try again. Continue until you get Armor Charges again. It's very likely that this problem could vanish next season, with different artifact mods. Or maybe it just get's moved to another energy type.
