Random people on my friends list.
Not sure when this happened. But there are other players on my friends list I have no recollection of adding, when I open "details" on them from the rooster menu, it states "Send Bungie Friend Request" and the remove friend option is missing.
Blocking the user does not remove them either, fyi.
