Servanve enclosure is really bad. Unlike feltwinters, you just cause random low level explosions that tickle enemies. It requires you to be upclose for a finisher or a powered melee. Even bombadiers got a nice rework. I'd take ability regen and health gain over pea shooter explosions.

Most useless PvE exotics title on hunter belongs to... #1.. knucklehead radar. #2. Foetracer. #3. Gwisin vest...because the cost of the heavy attack is more than the energy you get back.

Mask is interesting. It gives 1/20th of all your basic abilities every time you get damaged, with a 1 sec cooldown between activations. When critical, it'll heal you back to the edge of your critical health. Essentially, you want to build the tankiest titan you can that's able to shrug away chip damage, with long base cooldowns that struggle to regenerate. Behemoth could shine if built right. So could Sentinel with bastion, assuming that damaging the overshield also regenerated abilities. Sunbreaker could also run this, as restoration will let you take much more damage than you should for longer. Berserker has the damage resist, but not a lot of ways to heal. A good change would to either double the ability regen (in pve only), or halve the cooldown.

It actually is solid, but it's been power crept to hell with how good our ability regen can be. Its ugly as sin. The heal needs to be updated cause it only healing your actual health bar and not shields is so bad lol. Maybe it can grant you better weapon performance based on health or something idk.

The worst exotic has to be Apotheosis Veil.
