No back up plan. When you say powerful combatant does that mean a Titan can kill a guardian and get health regen and an overshield?
If a Titan can run Round shot gunning in PvP and get a an overshield and start health regen every kill that I'd absolutely insane.
If a guardian counts as a powerful combatant

I mean...they can already do that now on void titan. Also...people forgetting that...if shotty kills recharge your overshield...then use vexcaliber and a shotty 👍
