Increase the Neomuna Red Boarder Drop Rate!!!!! 35 Heroic Patrols and still nothing!
Any chance Bungie you can increase the RED BOARDER drop rate for those Neomuna weapons???
I hit over 35 heroic patrols and NOT ONE red boarder has dropped.
I know RNG is NEVER on my side, this 35:0 is pretty crappy! Please HELP!

I stayed on Neomuna for about 4-5 days at roughly 4-6 hrs playtime each day and got everything. I also did the campaign on all 3 characters because you get red border’s for each gun. Be smart about the grind and it isn’t too bad

I'm level ~150 now, >30 at the Nimbus thing, it's nearing the end of the Season and all I have is 1 of 5 for the Pulse 2 out of 5 for each of the rest, HC, GL, SN, and FU. It seems to be about 1 red border every 6 Heroic patrols. So in the remaining few weeks I may need to do around * 96 Heroic Patrols * ...all in the worst location and least fun activities in the game. That's just to access 5 little weapons...THEN I need to pay outlandish game currencies and then level them up. The droprates aren't too low they're WAY too low. Oh and I paid for these. Thanks for the nerfs Bungie, but may be get on to this with super pronto priority.

I have been running Heroics and Neomuna activities for three weeks straight and I have gotten zero Deepsights I have left. All 2 Snipers.

Keep running hamster!!!! Jokes on you. Just don’t play. Next season it’ll be another gun of similar build to chase. Everything in this game is disposable and interchangeable. Not worth chasing anything anymore in this game.

Took me about 8 hours to complete all red borders for Neomuna. Wait until overload isn’t on Harbor, load into the overload node, fast travel to harbor, sparrow to the other area that doesn’t have the overload, and then load back into the overload node through the map. Fast traveling through the node in the map resets the Neomuna instance and rerolls the patrols. Each rotation takes about 30-45 seconds depending on load times

Took me a solid week and a half to get all three red borders. 35 aint nuttin, try 350 cause that is more like what it felt like when I finally got that last Round Robin red border. Tell ya what, happy if they keep those dismal odds if it meant they would release red borders for Synchronic Roulette, Basso Ostinato, and Circular Logic. I still don't understand why they were left out of the crafting pool.

Don't be surprised if the next season update buffs these things. Patience my son. I was in the same boat as you. But it's the first season of the expansion. Not the end of the world

Certain things I'll never complete, red border grind , if it doesn't drop after 5-10 tries I'm done farming, same for dungeon exotics. At best I can try maybe 5 times, after that I'm not wasting anymore time farming

1 ReplyHeroic patrols have a 1/100 chance of dropping red borders, do partitions on each character and hope you have good rng 🤷

No exaggeration it took me like 8 hours to get just 1 red border round robin to complete the catalyst. I stopped counting after I dropped 24 non red border ones, between farming for that and an envious/target lock circular logic(which I still don’t have) I’m reputation rank 61 on noumena.
