I need help from a bungie employee/manager to cross save my account
so my xbox account was recently banned which had my d2 characters that I've had since d1
I was gonna cross save them onto my steam profile but I can't cause I can't log in to give authentication
i've had my titan and warlock since d1 my titan was my cousins who passed away back in house of wolves
it would mean the world if some bungie employe or someone could help me do this
please someone at bungie get in contact with me it would really mean a lot for some help

Banned platform accounts are not able to participate in any Cross Save settings or adjustments as per policy. If your Microsoft account becomes unbanned, only then would you be able to adjust anything with Cross Save. Bungie does not manually intervene with platform authentication.

12 RepliesBungie can’t/won’t help you with this. 2 policies: 1. You can’t remove banned accounts from your profile/cross save. 2. Bungie doesn’t transfer data from one account to another. Both of these would defeat the action of being banned.
