Witherhoard catalyst disappeared after completion
I just finished my witherhoard catalyst quest the other day and even spoke to banshee after and it says I don't have the catalyst complete and I don't have the quest to get the catalyst nor can I require it from the terminal or banshee.

After you receive the catalyst from Banshee, you need to get around 700 kills with Witherhoard to complete the catalyst, then you can equip it. So it will show as 'incomplete' until you've done that. Is there a percentage figure shown, when you examine the catalyst slot on the weapon? If there is, then this number should increase when you make kills with the weapon.
