What is the SUPERIOR BBQ meat?
Being that we're getting ever closer to actual spring weather, and we're all bored here, what is you BBQ meat of choice?

5 RepliesRibs are easily my favorite, but are easily dried out if you’re not paying attention. I like brisket and can’t remember when I’ve had bad brisket as it’s easy to keep it moist. Pros and cons to both, but if ribs are done right you remember it!
