Unable to log into Help Center
I am looking to appeal my ban through the Help Center but every time I tried to log in, it boots me out and sends me to the homepage of destiny 2. I wish to overturn my ban as despite the fact that I indeed paid for account recovery due to the lack of time to complete certain grinds, I feel like a permanent ban is too tough as a punishment as I would still love to play this game and gild my conqueror titles every season. I hope Bungie is able to enlighten me on this. Thank you so much and sorry for the inconvenience caused!

wow absolute no help from bungie support team? typical money milkers actually that do not deserve anything great whats new :)

1 ReplyUse the ban appeal form found on Bungie.net (not the Destiny app). But don't hold any hope as you admitted tobpaying for a account recovery which is a ban offence now. Look at the bright side.. you no longer have a reason to compromise your account any more. This means any other games on your account are safe along with any streaming services or bank accounts which alot of us have this day and age. Bungie had to go this far as too many expect Bungie to turn a blind eye to the situation but still clean up the mess left behind from... Characters deleted. Strange accounts linked by cross save. Tags changed. Bans because of cheating. ACCOUNTS STOLEN. Every game studio, platform provider, ISP and governments say "do not give out account details" but you did and as the Bungie is taking a more active response as a deterrent for others you rightly pay the price... but as you can afford to get others to play a game for you you can afford to start again.
