Energy Pulse rifles do not trigger Artifact mods
I have been plagued all season with not having champion Mods when they should be working and just figured out that with an energy pulse rifle equipped none of my artifact mods that should be active are.
I thought it was something else but now I realize after some testing that it is in fact only energy pulse rifles that shut off my artifact mods.
