Is there a way to just delete my account
played this game for around 3 years with my xbox cross save on pc for a while, in january all three of my characters got wiped and replaced with the character on my xbox cross save, this was the second time it happened, with the last time being a year before.
i wouldn't mind seeing my vault being wiped out but all three of my characters getting wiped just diminished any hope i had left for this game.
and because my xbox account locked me out, i cant even disable cross save.
knowing bungie this would probably be swept under the rug as im just another unlucky -blam!- that wasted my time grinding.
i have all details to the steam part of this account, just delete everything. there no point of continuing.
and i was looking forward to lightfall

If you are a citizen of the EU or US California, you can submit to Bungie a request to Bungie as per local law requirements under CCPA. Bungie handles these requests through their form here : [URL]https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024632[/url] Please be sure to read through all points before submitting. If you do not meet these guidelines, there is no way to request to delete an account.

2 RepliesCross Save doesn't merge accounts, it just allows you to access one set of characters on multiple platforms. While active, characters on other platforms are dormant but not deleted. Your Bungie.net profile currently appears to have Cross Save active with your PSN account, not an Xbox or PC account.

If this is really a cross save issue, you should be able to access the three characters you want from your main platform by going to the cross save settings and setting that account to be the one you want to play with across all platforms. Your characters are probably still there, cross save doesn’t delete them.

Honestly if all my stuff randomly got deleted, I would just never play again.

Cross save doesn't wipe any chars from your account mate.
