I wanted to report this weird bug I found. This problem has been popping up at random for the past couple of weeks. I'm using a Void Hunter with Gyrfalcon's Hauberk, and the Stylish Executioner + Vanishing Step aspects.
When I use any void weapon + Volatile Rounds, after popping in and out of invisibility several times, the game seems to bug out and disables invisibility from Stylish Executioner only. I can still dodge to become invisible, but kills against any void debuffed enemy stop working.
In my tests, I found that kills still trigger other things like orb creation, or shields through weapons that have Repulsor Brace. But no invisibility, which is why? I think it's a problem with Stylish Executioner. The issue usually lasts until the end of an encounter. Because whenever I go to a new area, stylish executioner will work as normal. Unless I do a lot of invisibility procs. Then it disables again.
The easiest way to replicate it, is to use The Other Half sword with Repulsor Brace. Find a group of weak enemies and just go to town on them. Void kills should produce orbs of light, which will proc volatile rounds, causing the enemies to explode and make you invisible on their death. Every two seconds you will go in and out and invisibility, gaining a full shield, until stylish executioner breaks, and then you get the shield, but no invisibility.

Damn, it's still bugged :( It worked just fine in the beginning of Nether, but somewhere in the middle it just stopped giving me invis. No matter if its suppressed, weakened or volatile.

2 RepliesHey. I thought I was the only one having this issue. It’s super frustrating!! It doesn’t seem like Bungie are even aware of it.
