Dear Bungie Support,
I am writing to express my frustration with the recent changes made to the PVP system in Destiny 2, specifically the inclusion of SBMM in quickplay lobbies. I understand the importance of matchmaking in providing a fair and balanced playing experience, but I believe that SBMM has no place in a casual playlist like quickplay.
Since the changes were implemented, I have noticed a significant increase in the difficulty of matches in quickplay, to the point where I feel like I have to constantly sweat and use meta builds to do halfway decent in the game. Even then, my lobby is often filled with players who have much higher KDA ratios than me, making it even harder to enjoy the game.
This has been extremely frustrating for me, and I know I am not the only one feeling this way. I recently spent money on the new expansion, but now I feel like my investment was wasted since I cannot enjoy the game as much as before.
I am respectfully requesting that Bungie removes SBMM from quickplay lobbies and only keeps it in the ranked playlist. This would allow players to have a more relaxed and enjoyable experience in casual matches, without having to constantly sweat and play with meta builds.
Additionally, I would like to request that Bungie takes more feedback from the community and works on improving the game in a way that benefits all players.
Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. I hope that Bungie can address this issue and make changes that will allow all players to enjoy the game to the fullest.
Sincerely, JNo4rtist#9527
