I paid for the nearly $100 dollar Deluxe Edition on Xbox back during the Pre-Order period, and i know that it went through as i got the emblem, emote, ghost shell, and Quicksilver Storm auto rifle. I also, a year or two back, paid for the Seasons Bundle thing where you get all past, present, and future seasons passes. Note my excitement when Lightfall finally drops and im there on day 1 of release to experience the demo, feel the rush of Strand, and watch as stunning graphics and visuals dash about the screen. So, please understand my anger when it tells me i need to buy the DLC before i can proceed after i finish the starter mission. Atop that, i figure i will at least claim the exotic bow while i could and head out to test it, but find that the pass isnt there. The pass was also included in the bundle i paid for, and apparently received. So im mostly here to request for a refund for services not rendered or to finally get what i paid for as ive now missed out on the story, side missions, raid,and other content. I truly want the shotgun from the raid and the Vexcalibur glaive, aside from the exotic Titan boots once i complete the Legendary story, aside from actually getting a chance to get my power past 1720. I am 19, that was hard-earned money i feel is now wasted, and quite a bit of it at that, this was one of the two times i was able to use my own money to pay for a DLC and i am now pissed. I grew up with Bungie and have stood up for their community-based actions and how much they have loved their players over the years as i especially loved the Halo franchise as well, so this truly is a let down.
Bungie, if you finally see this, unlike the two times i have emailed you, please fix this.

Depending on the payment method you chose, you would either be charged immediately when you placed the pre-order, or were charged [u]10 days[/u] before the DLC released. If your payment method didn't have sufficient funds when Xbox ran the charge, the order was cancelled and you were not charged. Or the order was refunded for some reason and that would be reflected in your records. Each set is only active during the year the relevant DLC is released and expire when the next DLC releases and a new set of seasons begins. There is no bundle offered on any platform that grants past, present and all future seasons. Pre-bought passes for an upcoming DLC are only applied when the first season of the new DLC begins. If you pre-ordered Lightfall and did not get a pass, then it's likely due to your pre-order being cancelled/refunded before Lightfall released.
