Im having the same issue and it has happened to me everytime there is an update. The last 2 times it happened i tried everything but nothing worked and the way it got fixed was that i waited it out. I waited a day and the next day i trued to load the game and it was still stuck at the same screen and then i waited another day and this time it loaded in perfectly fine. So the inly way for me so far has been to just wait it out. If u are lucky it could be couple hours itlf not then a day or 2. So for me i have been waiting for 1 days so far and tmr ill load it up and see if it works.
